KSS precision ball screws are available as standard stock items that can be produced in a short lead time, as well as custom-made products where the shaft end shape can be freely designed. To meet our customers' demands for short lead times, KSS maintains standard stock for specific model numbers. The shaft end shapes are standardized, allowing for a reduction in design man-hours for our customers. In addition to standard stock items, KSS also offers custom-made products to accommodate all customer designs. To reduce our customers' design man-hours, we have standardized various nut types.
We also accept the production of various special specifications to meet our customers' requests, utilizing the skills we have cultivated up to now.
We also manufacture ball screws using various materials for special environments that conventional steel materials cannot handle. For rust prevention, we can produce ball screws with black chrome treatment (compliant with RoHS) applied to the screw shaft and nut. We also manufacture other special shapes.

The Rolled MoBo is a motor-integrated ball screw that adopts rolled ball screws, ensuring appropriate accuracy at an affordable price. It addresses the dissatisfaction of conventional MoBo (grinding ball screw type) being somewhat expensive, and resin MoBo (resin lead screw type) lacking in precision. ≪Features≫ ● An ideal structure has been achieved by directly attaching a 5-phase stepping motor to the shaft end of a rolled ball screw with a precision grade of Ct7, making the ball screw axis align with the motor's rotational axis. ● There is no need for alignment between the motor and screw shaft, resulting in a high-precision positioning mechanism and a reduction in work steps. ● The direct assembly structure eliminates the need for couplings, minimizing the length dimensions. ● The Rolled MoBo (TMB) series uses rolled ball screws, allowing for the construction of a low-cost linear motion mechanism. ● It is compliant with RoHS, demonstrating consideration for the environment.
